MUSIC KITCHEN -- Food for the Soul asks your support in its mission of feeding New York City's homeless with beautiful music. Founded by violinist Kelly Hall-Tompkins, the idea developed while she was practicing for an important concert. A preview performance at the mens' shelter of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church was so well received that the Music Kitchen was born. Music Kitchen has since expanded to other under-served locations. Kelly draws on friends and colleagues, some of the city's finest musicians, to bring great music to grateful audiences.
